Character Cast Animations are not ideal (technical suggestion)

Hope i can explain this well. While this may be subjective, i compared this to every similiar game i’ve seen, and that’s bothering me since day 1.

For example, when you rapidly cast Replicating Missiles with a 200% cast speed character, you can easily notice this. Cast animation plays and Character returns to idle so fast, it looks like he barely moved at all. Which looks ugly to me. Ideally in my opinion, his hands should linger in the air longer after he pushes them forward. (This is also true for attack animations, practically all of them)

Bluntly, it is as if any attack/cast animation takes 0.5 sec for instance, 0.25 sec used to swing weapon/cast and 0.25 is used to return to idle. While it probably (?) should take 0.4 for first and 0.1 for latter (This might not be the case technically, i’m no animator)

Hope i’ve made it clear, this is a personal annoyance to me and probably lots of people don’t even care, but i like to see every visual upgrade this game can get without too much extra cost (rework etc.)

EDIT : If anyone here played Last Epoch for instance, check out Acolyte (my only played character, just started) and cast some no cooldown spell rapidly and you will notice the character’s animation are much more readable because her hands linger in air after each cast.
