Are there any plans for a Character Creation?

Character creation already exists. Do you mean character customization?
I hardly see a point to that… ah yes, my character is so cool with his gunslinger moustache and scar over his eye… which is completely unnoticeable thanks to my bucket-helmet.
Dont know character customization but need item customization(transmog sth) like diablo 3
At one time i asked for this, but then realized pretty much all my characters are covered in armor, completely hiding everything. Makes customization pretty pointless unless they give the option of having the helm not showing but still give the stats.
Agreed, development time could be used for something more impactful
