Cold caster Spellbreaker - Struggling with resistances and Health

Hello. Trying to make my first 100 lvl character. Unfortunately, while selling loot to merchant, i missclicked and replaced my good Spectral bludgeon and Off-Hand with a random 2H axe and sold my precious weapons by mistake :frowning: . Fortunately i had my old low-level one stored and creating an Iskandra set, i somewhat “saved” the character. Offensively the character is unstoppable.
My problems now are that I’m struggling to keep my resistances up, but most worrying, the Health bar is very ugly. There are so many experienced players here, and I would really appreciate any suggestions to improve survival ability of This Spellbreaker.

Here it is at 100. It’s my first 100 lvl character (my second bigger is 50something) so i had no big farming time. I “met” my first nemesis at SoT while in Ultimate, ofc i was one-hit everytime i tried to fight her. Low health, armor and Def Ab makes it so difficult
