Cold PRM need some slightly love

Pretty much the title.
I tested some cold PRM builds (gt link and version with Iskandras Balance relic). The main problems for this builds is Cuba and low diversity items with support cold PRM.
Sugestions:

  1. add +2 to Distortion to Faraths Cube.
  2. add -10% phys requiermetns to armor to Ignaffars Combustion relic.
  3. probably add 12% less damage from beasts for Leviathan devotion.
