Currently both Phoenix Fire and Giant’s Blood share the same Green icon (from what I can tell with my resolution).
I’ve been playing with both for a quite a while and while PF does have a small hero aura, this aura is almost impossible to see when lots of fire stuff is on the go. So in this condition, the icon is invaluable.
Hwever, Giant’s blood has the same icon and I often have to n mouse-over to distinguish which is which! I use those timers quite tightly sometimes.
(I would have put this in bugs, but I can’t rule out that icons are used for multiple indicators)
All devotion powers in same sector of the firmament are shared colors of this sector.
Both giant and phoenix are belong to eldritch sector so they icons are green.
Make phoenix icons red is means that phoenix belongs to chaos sector of the firmament that is incorrect.
It’s doubtful that the icon color will change due to the affinity they share in the Devotions, but you could use Grim Internals to show the buff name and duration on the side of the screen. I just started using it and it’s fantastic. Check it out here: http://www.grimdawn.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53629
maybe its cause im a filthy casual, but can you explain what value keeping track
of an automated skill proc/cd?
imo, i guess its nice to see the icon come and go, so you know its proc-ing
but other than that, i cant see anything more than self-torture in trying to know whats
up at every given second
An example: in Crucible I oftenly use Ishtak constellation as extra defense. If Ishtak starts working, I want to rush and kick some asses, but when it expires, I need to play more carefully. Phoenix is that kind of defensive skills - you need to know when to stop and look around.
