Compilation of All Sources of RR

If you haven’t already seen it on Reddit or Discord last night, I compiled a list of all sources of RR (Resistance Reduction), including items.

It’d be nice if there was a section that listed all sources of RR by RR type (physical, chaos, lightning etc.)

Really cool list to see. Only thing I noticed missing was the Mogdrogen’s Pact RR granted by Ghol’s Malice set.

For things where the RR amount is constant (i.e. everything except skills where it scales with rank) it’d be cool to see the amount as well, but either way this is really useful.

Oh, it’s there under Sets. Were you expecting to see it be under Classes?

I know that Nitro from Discord is working on his own spreadsheet that will be more comprehensive than mine, including max rank and +10 max rank skills.

I think you’ve made a mistake in your calculations. Or I may have a flaw in my understanding of RR mechanics.

Either way, I don’t think x% RR (e.g. viper) applies if you’ve brought the target’s resist into the negative value.

Oops, I must have just missed it.

I believe that if your resistance is positive, it does R * (1 - RR), and if your resistance is negative it does R * (1 + RR). I could be mistaken, but either way it’s not very useful IMO due to order of application.

It’s useful in the latter case. Assuming u stacked so much RR that the monster has, say -80% resist. If u have a 20% reduce target RR, then it’ll go to -96%. U’re effectively gaining damage from 180% to 196%, almost 10% increment in damage.

Edit: I noticed that for the jewelry component, combustion band’s fire rr seems to be missing. Relic side is utterly empty for some reason (Ignaffar’s combustion as well as the deathstalker relic comes to mind)

Thank you for that, it really helps :slight_smile: (and also helps me understand more what I should do with my builds and probably why they are pretty bad haha)
