[Concern] Poison-related skills and triggers

Greetings.

There’s something that worries me about poison skills.

Each and every AoE poison trigger (Poison Nova, for instance) is character-centered (meaning, poison-centric builds are pigeon-holed into melee, as opposed to, say, Sigil of Consumption or Elemental Seal which are fired upon the targets’ location), which reduces caster-type poison-centric builds’ efficiency.
• [Noxious] Poison Bombs provided by Mutagenic Ichor and Venom-Tipped Ammo are fairly hard to use to their fullest, because the projectiles are slower than the rest (only Chaos Bolt seems to be slower ATM); plus, there’s some MAJOR weirdness going on with their targeting (that is, once you aim right over the char’s head, the projectile travels to the random direction in a frontal cone, but MUCH further and at MUCH higher speed, while its normal max targeting radius is too short, similar to Bloody Pox at that matter).

Could some Quality of Life improvements happen in that department?

Just pick up blitz so at least it will appear like you’re doing poison damage at a distance.

Frankly, I doubt the required changes can be done at this point. Plus, there’s like a dozen other types of damage that can be inflicted remotely, I don’t care if one of them doesn’t play ball wit the rest.
