Saved and logged out of my game to try and figure out a problem with my trading post, and when I logged back in 70% of my town was condemned or in disrepair, including the trading post. Not 30 seconds ago everything was fine except for a glitch with the merchant indicator not clearing.
happens to me too, one solution to keep playing is relocate in the same spot the building , removes the bug
