Commando needs more support. There could be a physical damage support on conduit. Adding a new conduit prefix with a modifier to Thermite Mines that adds to them - 15 % physical RR and changes their damage to physical instead of fire. Or if some of the prefixes are not used at all then change it instead of it.

There is also a possibility of adding phys RR to Thermite Mines themselves as a skill and perhaps adding some fire RR to Soldier for better Commandos. Changing War Cry to flat RR for everything.
