Constellation skill on Totem question.

If I have a constellation skill bound to my totem, does my totem gain the effect or do I?

Constellation skill - Twin Fangs.
Constellation - Bat.

Base damage scales with the player, because Totem scales with player, weapon damage scales with Totem, because the Totem is the user of Bat, therefore here the damage will be set to 0 as the totem has no weapon damage at all. Lifesteal (attack damage converted to health) is applied to the Totem, because it is the user of Bat.
