[Controller] UI scaling breaks inventory navigation with a gamepad - v1212

I got a larger display, so I bumped up my UI scaling one step.

When I press down to go from the scrap to the sword, the cursor moves to the right.

Barrog’s Bloody Arm can only get the focus, if you go to the last quest, press down, which takes you to the Searing Ember, from where you can go right. If you go down from scrap or up from any of the belts, your cursor ends up on the Scrapmetel Great Axe.

I can navigate as expected, if I reset the scaling to default.
