I would like to know: Does the conversion of Eye of Reckoning via Scion of Dreeg also affects Celestial Presence for minus Vitality and/or Acid resistance?

yes, it even displays this when you mouse over the celestial presence skill after taking the transmuter
*note it’s technically unrelated to conversion, it’s because the skill is being fully replaced with a different skill, - don’t start thinking conversion affects RR like that elsewhere 
Ah okay, the transmuter via extra skill affects this, so, wind devils would not have their conversion affected in the same way?
like i said, it’s not that
it’s because the devs manually added an entirely different guardian/pet with a different pet skill/aura, what the transmuter does is this case is then just flip the fire guardians for a different pet/skill entry behind the scenes.
It’s because it’s manually handled it’s not standard/doesn’t happen anywhere else, and guardians are kinda a special case in that regard/“it’s not just conversion that goes on”.
They “could” have done so with wind devils, but didn’t, and is also why when you see items with skill modifiers to wind devils they dont’ actually change like Guardians in most cases, so retain all their base stats like ele RR aura without getting switched using chaos/vit etc devil items.
