Conversion of -resistance%

Hey guys,

Taking the “Scion of Dreeg” modifier for Summon Guardian of Empyrion changes the -resist from physical to acid, fire to vitality. Is this just a unique feature of this skill, or does it behave like that for other skills as well?

i.e. would 100% vitality to physical change Devouring Swarm’s -vitality resistance% into -physical resistance%?

Unique feature.

It isn’t even a conversion, just a pet with an aura is swapped with another pet with different aura.
