Conversion question (I know - sorry)

So I’ve tried to read up on conversion, and I went through that really big thread that explains it which helped a ton, and maybe this was answered but there is still something I’m not quite sure of.

If I wear Beronath, Reforged - 100% elemental to Physical

but I also put on something for example like this shield:

Skybreach Bulwark - Items - Grim Dawn Item Database (grimtools.com)

How does that handle the Physical damage converted to Lightning?

I know damage can’t be converted twice… but if these happen at the same time, I’m just not sure what happens (My goal is to have everything converted to physical).

Maybe I just missed something that explained this, sorry… but would be super appreciative if someone could answer that.

That would convert you exsisting non-converted physical damage.

Edit: Physical damage that is a result of Beronath will not be touched.

Fire/Cold/Lightning/Elemental damage converted to Physical through Beronath, Reforged won’t be converted again. Any Physical damage that hasn’t been converted partially becomes Lightning damage.
