Can we have a magic and/or rare affix for random 2H weapons that adds cooldown reduction? in my opinion, that would be a great addition that makes builds around heavy nuke skills more viable in general.
there are a handful of unique 2H weapons that have CDR (soulrend, nightshade reach, maybe some others) and those builds are among my favorites. would be awesome if we could have a “generic” option to come up with similar builds for other damage types. and simply for use while the toon is too low to use (or even find) unique weapons that have that stat.
something similar to the “chronomancer” prefix for shields. but maybe as a suffix instead (so you can’t superstack it with attack/cast speed suffixes to get the best of both worlds, and you can still roll a damage conversion prefix)
