Coop and aura's

Hello, starters question here.

If you have an aura like flametouched or iskandra’s elemental exchange and you upgrade it with points in overload, temper, etc… . Do the effects of these upgrades also affect your co-op partner or do only the effects in the base-aura count ?

The stats of Overload and Temper are added to the primary buff. So yes, partners in coop also get those stats.
