Could monster bonuses by Ascension Altar be slightly reduced?

Currently, many builds struggle with farming once the altar is fully stacked, while only a few can handle it comfortably.

…Additionally, would it be possible to make the altar’s buffs persist longer instead of resetting every time a player logs out? could be an improvement on experience.

Increase the base difficulty and reduce the monster bonuses on altar.
