So I have a 2H Death Knight focusing on vitality. I know the set gives quite a bit towards counter strike, even converting some of its damage to vitality. The problem is I can’t seem to figure out if that skill is of any real use to the build I’m using. Currently CS is at 20/16, I guess it does do some damage but since I don’t have anything else enhancing it like additional retaliation devotions/gear etc. aside from the set. Should I even be using it?
I guess if you are building a retaliation build, then it could be a larger part of your idea. But generally it is like a bonus proc and you’ll need to focus on something else. One point investment never hurts as you often get quite few freebie skill points from related items/sets.
