Hey!
Im curious about a couple things about how SR works.
Can I get legendary MIs, the ones that drop from roguelike dungeon endbosses, like Shar’zul’s Worldeater or Soulrend from SR drops?
Does it matter how long I play SR? Like does it matter if I beat shards 20-41 in one go, will I get more loot than just beating, 40-41?
How do the checkpoints work, if I beat level 55 and claim the reward, can I then use the waystone to start at 55 again? Or do I need to beat 56 to unlock 55 waystone?
Thanks!
with the old droprate it took me more than 200 runs to get Worldeater. So even with double dropchance it would still have taken me over 100 runs. Sometimes RNG just isn’t on your side.
Yep, yep im on the newest patch. And I recently did like 30 runs in a row on it, still nothing :s But yeah as Volek said RNG can be a real bastard sometimes
I’ve got Worldeater in my second casual BoC run (and i dont even need it)… It’s all up to RNG, really. The things you need dont drop while the rare things you dont need drop like dirt.
Yes, getting a dungeon-exclusive MI with good rolls isnt easy due to lots of time required per run. But it isnt impossible (look what a helm i got on my Vitality EoR Archon), and if your build is strong, it will do well even with half-decent rolls on mandatory MI.
For me, the most annoying part of SR is getting to high shards on a new playthrough. It takes tons of time to plow through lower shards while you getting almost no loot from that (since loot is limited by last 2 shards). Even in Crucible you still get BETTER loot if you go all the way from 1 to 170, and it’s MUCH faster too…
