Just curious why exactly this was nerfed in patch 1.0.3.0?

Was the cooldown that overpowered?

Most cooldown skillmods took a nerf.

I don’t know, in some way it was a buff. Super-cooldown doombolt rarely had the energy sustain for how often you could cast it. Now your energy reserves shouldn’t be taxed as much, which in practice is actually quite significant.
