Craft with Scrap

Hi,
I have a lot of Scraps and I’m thinking what can I do with it.
Is there any chance to the legendary item when I will use random craft?

I know about the legendary blacksmith and random legendary item for big cost but I mean only scrap and simple crafting. Is there any chance to legendary item?

The random craft is a white weapon with affixes. Legendaries are not white weapons that get affixes, so you can answer it yourself. :stuck_out_tongue:

Go to the secret vendor in bloodgrove until he sells the blueprint for stoneplate greaves. Craft them until you face gets purple.
