So… has anyone beaten this very annoying secret boss yet? He and his horde of, well crates, have destroyed me about 20 times in a row now and I’m not sure I’ve even dented him.

I have asked twice for someone to send me the save files so that I can have a go against this guy. So far no one has provided me with the save. I am too lazy to go through all the steps to get there. But if someone does provide me with the save file or if I finally decide to get off my lazy ass and do it, I will let you know.
But someone else did post a thread that showed the player character with a create helmet, so I guess atleast one person has beaten it 
I believe in you guys! It’s definitely beatable. I’ve done so on a few characters now and Dikkiedik even did it in HC!
Quest takes like 15 minutes to unlock come on now don’t be that lazy

You underestimate my laziness. But, I did do it and was disappointed because I thought it would be more challenging. It was a rather easy and short fight.

did you do a special loadout of your build for the superbosses or use build just as is? 
I don’t like to change my builds for specific encounters so I make them with all the content in mind. So, the same build, just as is.
I took one of Maya’s conjurers and beat ravager without any adaptations, they work.
i almost made it but i guess he has some sort of rage when hp gets too low and by then he summoned too many crates so i cant even properly kite anymore. Beat him again and make Video so i can learn Strategy
I kind of play on a potato that capturing video kind of makes stuff lag. I guess I could tone down the graphics to low, but that is no fun.
Anyway, the strategy is to keep your briarthorn + hellhound in his face while your familiars blast away at him. If they die, just run around while waiting for the CD.
Meanwhile, avoid direct line of sight at all costs. Don’t even look at him. Instead keep him away and focused on something else. Always keep something between you and him.
Also, you need to bait his crate spam by standing in an area you can easily get out of. Then when he starts, just move away and let him come to you.
If you get stuck in a narrow passage where the only way out is through him and get a crate shower on top of you, you are most likely going to end up dead unless you use something like an Aether Cluster or Movement skill. I had neither when I fought him, so that should definitely make things easier.

I am starting to think that I just got lucky
His NAME_ME crate deals 10k physical and aether on death and it lives for 10 seconds. I guess you pretty much need to lure the boss away from them or their death explosion will pretty much one shot basically any build.
Love that their aura is called Lazy Design and it does nothing. lol
And his other crates are pretty much Lokarr’s rocks. So if you hated them, Crate made a boss with them.

The 75% life damage is what kills you, the other damage while not small is largely avoidable. But unless you’re a warlord the life reduction will get you every time.
