Since they only give deliberately vague indications of when something might be released … Once they give a definite date, that’s it.
Well, saying that a game will release in 2025 is vague, but it was also clearly incorrect.
There’s a shocker! A project delayed! 
That never happens! LOL!
The fact that people don’t get that in 2026 is not really shocking.

Yes, that’s my point.
Players generate their own hype on games and then blame the devs for failure.
It’s happened repeatedly.
And it starts when players generate their own info about the game.
In this case, dates have been generated by players, not the devs.
And now players are speculating on whether or not the devs will meet the deadlines the players have set.
That makes absolutely no sense.
How about we just get the info the devs post and wait for the game/dlc/whatever is released.
How many unfinished, unpolished games do we need released only to have it take years to correct all the problems?
Until gamers realize this they will, and have, repeated their error and folly.
Given the state of humanity, this will be the case as we soon shall see.

People this, people that… I don’t disagree with you at all but point being/taken is that we are these “people”, at least part of them.
I always think that when someone disagrees with something then it’s “you all, damn uuu!!” or “u kid me mature adult”, however, when soemthing good happens → it’s obviously me, i am da main character, it’s only because I am at least partly of the people.
So in the end, something bad - it’s them, something good - it’s also me.
People haven’t learned in >30 years, so I don’t think they ever will. It’s also what advertisement is build upon, so don’t get your hopes up
