Proc duration of Chains of Anguish is still 5s in PTR Mar 16, which should have been increased according to the changelog. I was planning to edit this topic to “Missing changes I found (Mar 16)” and added the Anguish issue. Now that you’ve replied, I don’t think the edit will still be necessary.

Something offtopic. I still don’t think the retal damage penalty on Anguish belt being necessary. I’ll record some videos as evidence later and make another topic, and I hope you consider it carefully.
