Looking for a second class to my rifle shaman… How does CoF work on bosses?

I’m sure the debuff is applied. The slow speed is not noticeable because maybe bosses have some kind of resistance to slow/stun.

I’m assuming when you say CoF, it is with vulnerability.

Yes… If I choose it I´ll max 10 / 10

so the resistances debuff is fully applied? nice

Yes, it’s why the Witchblade is so popular. COF is very powerful
