As u can see here, around 9 minutes on avg. per 75-76 run isnt exactly mind blowing.
Imo the slow time here is thanks to the following:
Custom devas. still not packing enough of a punch & the target area being too big/wide which results on a lot of meteors missing their target!
Outcasts Secret granted skill proc having too much downtime.
Same is true for aether RE with its conduit - lack of fire power & item support for extra RE levels.
I’d like to suggest the following ideas:
More flat aether to Decree of Aldritch. From 80 to ~ 120-150.
Less downtime for Outcasts Secret proc skill or even consider adding +1 devas. proj. here so it doesn’t blow Diviner set outa the water.
In the case of +1 proj. don’t buff the flat on Decree and keep proc skill as is.
Smaller target area to Terrnox Aether Tome MI could help! Something like -1m would be awesome!
Aether RE conduit could use more flat or a lil flat -cdr imo and some aether related items (like the ascended shoulderplates or haunted vestment for example) RE levels.
Did a bit more tweaking & running with this and it’s still not looking too hot.
I’ll stick with the suggestions that I already named above here.
Lack of firepower vs single targets, too much spread and therefore being very slow overall.
Would be rly awesome of this could get a much needed push!

I played this build before (stormfire version), and I concur what you said. Build has low armor/physical res, also lack sustain like hp reg or life steal, as you have to do timing chain MoT + Mirror + evade when vs power creeps.
sustain with anathema medal is actually not that bad on SS together with converted scales but yeh, you rly need to make good use of MOT / MOR on this one.
defensive wise this one is actually pretty balanced imo.
dmg just isnt there rly
I agree on dmg. It should feel more deserving for farming those two rare purples. Imo (sorry, no video proof) dmg is really below other builds with less target-farming or requirements. This should be one if not the best devastation build around, and it is not at all.

Farming for Decree of Aldritch & Outcast’s Secret takes a very long time indeed and they aren’t powerful enough as well as can be seen by my videos posted.
So no need to apologize imo since we have literal proof here.
