Does anybody know / can confirm if the cold damage on Wind Devil’s raging tempest will get converted to Lightning damage with the Cyclone Mask or does Raging Tempest count as a separate skill and will thus not get its damage converted with skill specific conversions?
100% Cold Damage converted to Lightning Damage to Wind Devil can only apply to Raging Tempest. Neither the base skill nor the other mod have cold damage. Raging Tempest also has no radius and does not fire projectiles, so I think it is no separate skill.
Thanks, it basically confirms my idea, that since there is no flat cold whatsoever on WD base skill it has to convert on Raging Tempest.
