Had found cyclone effigy and mark so far and made cyclone mask so missing the shoulders. Been running normal shattered realm 75/76 a lot and no dice. Is this item a super rare drop or just bad luck so far for me?
Do you have some spare pieces of the set you could transmute?
I could make another helm I suppose but, I feel like I read Transmuted items won’t roll all the stats as found one or aren’t as good some how? Is that BS?
