Myrdynn, you can find the list on the first post under Installation Notes or when you’re installing the mod. But here’s the list (copied straight from Installation Notes):

(X) = Hard Mode (increased xp, enemy difficulty, lower enemy population and 10-100% loot quality increase)
(S) = S class mode - prepare for your GPU and CPU to melt. full grimmest everything.
(B) = Medium Grimmest - this is essentially boss script upgrades and x2 heroes with regular other spawns
(NG) = Vanilla Difficulty (No Grimmest)
(A) = Tiny Spiders + S Mode
(AB) = Tiny Spiders + B Mode
(AX) = Tiny Spiders + X Mode
(ANG) = Tiny Spiders + Vanilla Mode
(SX) = Raid Mode. its X mode with S spawns
(ASX) = Tiny Spiders + Raid Mode

i still cant play multiplayer with my friend …
anyone know how to fix this problem ?

i also have a problem where i have to select rift before i can go to world001

it said " you do not have the correct version please update " even though we downloaded the same dail version which is the dail0055 installer full HF 2

edit: nvm i think i got it to work, but it seems like the game stuck with ng even though i downloaded AB

Huh? There’s been no new release, so no none of the difficulty modes have been altered in any way, anything that’s bugged is still bugged.

Which is unfortunate, because it means I haven’t been able to play a current version of DAIL in weeks, almost a month actually.

Hey dude/dudette, if you wanna join other players playing the DAIL mod:

Step 1: Go to your Grim Dawn Menu, select where it says Single Player and change it to either host or join multiplayer

Step 2: Click Start Game, and it will bring you to a game selection list if you selected Join Multiplayer. Hit the refresh button around the top left and some games should show up.

Extra Info:
There should be some options above the game selection list, make sure you have custom games selected when you hit refresh (And check the map! it might be a different mod).

Times are tough. Davood is busy with work and family and I’m still trying to get a clean build. Davood did some serious weight reduction over the weekend and provided some missing files so we are moving in the right direction.

You are also welcome to fork the DAIL repo , then clone the fork to your local. In a folder titled Dev_Info are instructions to do various things. This includes building DAIL. The only other download needed is the nsis packaging software. The build scripts are provided.

Building DAIL is a lot more work than I am willing to put in versus waiting and playing something else in the meantime. Patience, that I got.

I have plenty of that as well. Some things require Davood’s touch and his availability is limited. I’m getting into the potion and loot stuff now.

No space, either make your own version or pester Crate to increase the arbitrary mastery limit. Them’s the breaks.

Should I uninstall 54 and install a fresh version of 55 after that or is it okay to just install 55? What is the proper way to update? Would I lose my item stash and characters when first uninstalling and then reinstlaling?

Just install the newest version over your current one. Your stash and characters will remain as they are now.
