Damage Conversion Order of Operations

Just block copying something I posted elsewhere, pretty much exactly what you are looking for, and probably a bit more too.

Now, on the statement of overcapped conversion, it’s based on what order the exact conversions happen in, where the whichever one happens first takes priority, and the leftovers are given to the second conversion. You pretty much never see this happen, except with soldier builds using Cadence+transmutor, because there isn’t enough sources to apply it to to get overcapped conversions in most cases.
