I unlocked the Lokarr quest to farm his set for the mtx and for new characters

On the way to the secret passage to him in the Edge of Reality there is minimum 3 ‘Rift-bound Adherent’ from memory, they are Arcanist like Bloodsworn who are guaranteed to spawn every time

After killing a few one dropped Dark Ones Raiment, which I thought nothing of, then next run one dropped the Helmet which is strange since most sets require a blueprint.

Had to kill Lokarr 12 more times to drop his boots (lol) and I found the Dark Ones Gloves also from the Riftbound

So…can anyone confirm these are part of their lootable?

Are there more mobs who have set items part of their lootable apart from Krieg set?

Yes.
The first one drops the helmet, second one gauntlet, third one raiment and last one mantle.
