So is there a way to interact with the Blue Flames in Crown Hill or am I looking in the wrong direction?
I saw him as well, I hope he doesn’t have anything to do with the quest though since he dies too easily to lure him anywhere. He died to my VoS+ procs

Just finished exploring Malmouth, Mourndale, Rattosh Rift, Cinder Wastes, Void’s Edge and Fringes of Sanity and still no sign of Blue Flames. Only things I skipped are the Fort for Malmouth Honored quest, Dravis’ letter cellar and Fleshworks
Naturally I took my frustration out on the current denizens of cairn and made sure not one aetherial or chthonian or beast was left breathing
Things used to be much simpler when you just had to walk past areas and letters magically appeared in your inventory
[SPOILER]Well, this is…unfun. Finding where Flameond Bleu even spawns is hard enough, let alone anything else. The one time he did spawn, he wandered off-screen never to be found again. All this lag isn’t helping either.
On the upside, this is doing wonders for my Vanguard rep.[/spoiler]

Aleksandr is a nice little chap if you can avoid his shotguns.
He won’t be nearly as problematic as Grava and Chupacabra (no seriously Kupacabra really sucks as a name)

How did you lure the zombie?
Pretty easily in fact. He just…followed me all the way to the sigil. 
Thankfully I’d already cleared out all the enemies along the way so it was a nice relaxing walk.

This time he appeared just outside that large house/mansion on the left hand side of the Outskirts. I even saw him right by the sigil once, when I was playing through the expansion for the first time. Shame he doesn’t go down there by himself more often. :rolleyes:
