[spoiler]1. Craft multiple Heart of Darkness
2. Get the sword
3. Explore Malmouth Outskirts to find a blue zombie and thought he was just “one of those enemies” and kill him off
4. Drop 1 HoD out of the many I had at crown hill
5. Return to Outskirts to find no sign of the blue guy in over 15 re-runs

Does having multiple HoDs or dropping one trigger a bug?[/spoiler]

I think he’s just an absolute bitch to find. I had about five runs of the area where I didn’t see him whatsoever.

So about Gloomwald…

[spoiler]I ran around Gloomwald and the only thing I couldn’t reach was Nane’s Stash. I have the lore note and my map tells me I’ve already opened the stash earlier. But I didn’t explore further around it. So now I can’t get back to the stash because the way is blocked and there’s no detonation site.

Do I have to find something else in the perimeter of the stash to continue? I don’t seem to have any other lore notes regarding Nane in my journal.[/spoiler]

Well I might be the only guy whose having issue with that blue asshole not spawning and it’s so frustrating it seems like a bug
If he spawns and dies, I am good. But he ain’t spawning. I took off all my procs and he is nowhere to be found

keep an ascendant myrmidon near him to keep healing him, it’s what I had to do with my character

I went back to where I found the sword and then went back to outskirts and voila!!

He’s there but then died to a CoF intended for Aleksandr.

**edit 2: So my main char seems to be bugged then… With the second one the way to the smith stays open…

[spoiler]I didn’t recognize it through the taunts but rather in some note he says “Gladiator in the arena of life” then I recall who we all wanted to kill Lokarr for his shoulderpads

And then I saw Root of all Evil, hmm… Samuel Johnson is the final boss? Nope it’s him

Is this intended btw? I only got one item and it seems to be a set I thought Lokarr only wore Habringer set + custom shoulderpads. In case anyone is wondering did it w/o dying. He isn’t an easy fight if you’re not a Cooldown build or DoT build.

Anyways, I really want to thank all of you in this thread for guiding me. I found the altar of rattosh easily but never would have suspected what to with Mr. Blue or how to find RoE

Not sure what characters you are using Safarel but I’d suggest using your best builds.
Not sure if LMB builds can take him on but DoT and CDR builds can easily do him w/o dying at all due to the abundance of kiting space. Just focus on him and not the clones
He isn’t easy but definitely not unbeatable

I think anyone willing to break the secret should wait a little longer. The game’s still young and the surprise was just too awesome
