If you think about it she, Bourbon and Allostria are the reason the game had a beginning. So I think as a collector/hoarder Iād want something dedicated to her in my stash, and since she was important a purple item doesnāt sound bad.

2. Explore Gloomwald houses (break every urn and explore every chest and loot every corpse) for something that triggers the Gloomwald stash quest and then explore the area south to the Gloomwald Crossing rift

I found her days ago, got what she wanted, went into the chaos portal and killed her brothers minions, took the flower and gave it to her (or was it flower, then portal? I forget) and nowā¦nothing? Did I miss something?

Has anyone managed to get the shoulders yet? I speedrunned him 7 times and keep getting the rest of the items as dupes but no shoulders

No. Not sure if there is such a quest. To be honest I didnāt pay attention to the rewards at all but this quest isnāt it I am sure of it

another question, i didnt talked to the guy who stood there and explored the location behind him, after i came back he disappeared. did you get anything from him. like an achievement or so? or was it only lore? i revisited the location in a new game, but he still isnt there anymore 
seeing posts here and there about you guys killing him while I still search for better gear and a myth soulrend for extra damage after 20 attempts on SoT in order to kill him >.>
