People Freeze To Death

I am still havinng issues that people freeze to death because of worn out clothes. Even when i have a good surplus. This occure when people travel far and come back from example mines and dont get in time new clothes etc. So they go with good clothes to far distances and some of them come back with worn out clothes and die. Because they didnt get in time new stuff. [Exposure Bug2] [Exposure Bug]
