Is there any plausible character build for which Vitality + Aether is a useful damage combination?

The wiki shows this item as +%Cold +%Aether, which makes a lot more sense to me. Was that the original design and the vitality is a bug? Or is this item intended for an Albrecht’s Warlock who converts the chaos on Doombolt and Solael’s to Aether? Pretty niche unless I’m missing something.

Albrecht’s Aether Ray with Disintegration causes both aether and vitality damage, so maybe there is an use here.

It’s not a bug. Also, the Haunt relic skill reduces both vitality and aether resistance from enemies, so it’s another thing to combo with the pendant.

I have never used this myself, but looks like it can allow an interesting build around AAR.
