Blood Burst: modifier now applies to the base skill rather than creating a secondary eruption. Values adjusted accordingly.

So it’s no longer secondary effect.

ah yes i’m on test patch, that might explain why it’s borking the WD on lefthand cycles then - guess i missed that note
