Are some of the lower level items getting + to 3 different masteries or is it only Legendaries?
No base physical to aether conversion on the axe? It’s gonna have a mighty hard time competing with Mindwarp regardless imo.
Those guns really look awesome, can’t find issues on their stats either. Pure non-physical damage means there’s no need to give up conversion on the 2h one too if choosing to use Shard of Beronath, really nice.
Nightblade ranged weapons, eh? Interesting.
It’s got 100% phys to aether as long as you’re using Force wave.
Shouldn’t that Edge of Sanity axe have cyan colored runes instead of purple ones?
I mean… it’s an Aether axe, after all…

I have one question:
I have noticed that a lot of the new legendary items which have been presented have got greater bonuses to +skills. For example +4 to x skill instead of the +2 or +3 we’re seeing now. Couple this with the higher level cap offering opportunity to max out some of those skills that are not currently, will the maximum cap for a skill level be increased?
I already have a few of my skills at 26/16 or 22/12 ect and with even more to +skills with the mythical equipment and higher level cap will this increase? It would be a shame for it to go to waste on those skills.

It’s not a waste, it just makes it easier to cap a skill. Pull points out of the skill and use them elsewhere if you are above +10 to a skill.
There’s a good point he made though. Not all builds need the points we already have. Adding more will probably leave at least a few builds going “Where do I shove these points?”
Sounds like a problem that doesn’t need to be solved.
Better than the alternative, where instead builds are starved for points.
I’d really like to see which are those builds that will suffer from “skill point overload” with more skill points…
Unless you can have both masteries at 50/50 without hurting for skill points, I dare anyone to show me a build that will have spare skill points that they don’t know where to spend.
