Devotion + DoT Effects?

Hello, ive looked all over can anyone tell me if the devotions that say (15% chance on attack) bound to say Sigel of consumption work on every tick or just the initial cast or not at all???

Any info on these DoT effects working with any of the devotions with % chance on attack?

Every tick afaik, so DoTs are very good for triggering those devotions :slight_smile:
