Devotions with CDR

What are the Devotions that give CDR if any? Ive looked, and cant find any, but I want to make sure I didnt miss anything

Aeons hourglass has the Time Dilation skill. It’s not a percentage reduction (It subtracts a flat number from your skills on cooldown instead), but it’s technically cooldown reduction.

cdr is deliberately sparse

I am not sure what you have in mind, but %CDR on gear is limited to offhands/shields, weapons, helmets, amulets, and a few set bonuses, with 1-handed weapons, helmets, and amulets offering only small bonuses around 5-7%. It is an inherently powerful stat, but of very limited availability. It’s not like TQ where you can run around with 80% CDR (I seem to remember you could get 100% CDR in the past, but they patched in an 80% cap).
