A quest to track down Captain John Bourbon’s nemesis Duke of Whisky who has a hidden laboratory full of evil Captain John Bourbon clones!
I have developed a real dislike for the bourbon clones, so the idea of smashing them would indeed please me.
D3? D3 has unicorns…
Cow level was from Diablo 2. And it started in Diablo 1 when people were sure there was a cow level and blizzard had to say all the time there is no cow level.
D3 added unicorns… fuck that ActiBlizzard.
Welcome to GD Hyboreal - here’s to many areas as memorable, though not necessarily as visceral, as the DI butcher’s room.
D3 did have a cow level as a part of the RoS 1 year anniversary. They called it ‘Not the Cow Level’, but it was very similar to the DII cow level.
GD need not go down the humorous secret level route, but including additional hard to find, high reward areas is welcome. Perhaps one in a swamp.
ommmmmmmmmmggggggggggg this is amazinggggggg!!! woo hooo im ready to see the quality of this game really go up!
As fun as this would be, it would likely confuse the hell out of anyone who: A jumps in once all the content is in, or B: buys the game at official release.
Maybe it can be kept hidden by needing to glitch over a broken bridge in order to reach it?
Thats great!!
The more ppl u can get that made those masterpieces the better!
So, the sucubs dying naked ass up in D1, it’s from him?
Glad you are part of the team! I look forward to dying in your designed areas!
Mmmm. Fresh meat!
I believe Diablo has diverted to much from it’s design from part one. Diablo 3 was like a Disney version of itself.
Holy motherload this is a fantastic news!
Nice! Congrats you guys!
Yeah cant wait to play new nice areas!
Very exciting news, and I didn’t think it was possible to raise my interest any further than it is, but this news did exactly that.
Thanks for bringing him on board your team.
I’d actually be very happy if you guys did like dev diary where you could show (pics) the work of certain artists so we could be suitably impressed
Which version of the game did you buy? There’s going to be a dev diary for people who bought atleast the Patron Edition from the homepage or did back the game at a certain kickstarter tier. I think the devs have also stated that they will try and find a way to bring some of the extra goodies to the steam-only version.
Hmmm, how interesting! Perhaps we should be expecting the appearance of (even creepier) Eldritch Abominations? Oh, I hope so; I’d love some more Lovecraftian horror.
