I modded the skill to give significantly more base % Weapon Damage and flat Bleed/Lightning Damage. And that was it.
But against the training dummies I’ve found myself consistently applying a Bleed even on non-crits, as well as far more Lightning Damage than I should be getting from 1 point in Brute Force.
So, I guess my question is, does Upheaval for some reason always give you its Lightning and Bleed damage? I didn’t think so, I thought it applied only through the proc. But my present situation is inexplicable as far as I can tell. The AoE still applies its damage correctly to surrounding targets, however.
