I’m a total altoholic and always look for the white version of this ring but have yet to find it. Does it still exist? I want it as a curio.

the ring gets generated with a fixed “affix” which is what turns it legendary ingame
Anecdotal. There was an old post where someone found a white version to which Zantai replied that Crate didn’t know how it was generating without an affix.
I checked GT before posting and saw that it is included as a white item so I thought it was worth an ask.
because the base item is white, but GT also lists its applied affix, which is “legendary”
I’ve only seen it once, never used any add-ons/ mods. I’ve made over 100 characters now and I always get one Leo ring per character just to check for it. I’m sentimental 
No idea why it dropped without an affix, but you’re right, a nice curio to have.
