So I purchased the Elite (no option to buy Ultimate?) for a fresh level 18 character I made for FG, used it, but it doesn’t seem to have gained any skill points or attributes?
I thought I would get all the skills/attributes for quests in normal?

Okay got the Ultimate one as well (was on wrong difficulty when I purchased) and that one gave me 3 skill points and 4 attributes. That sound correct? I thought there were more for each difficulty…
There’re 4 skill and 4 atribute points rewarded on normal and elite combined, but these merits only give them to you if you don’t already have them yet.
My best bet is that you already gave Kasparov the crystals on normal and got 1 skill point for it so you only received the remaining 3 skill poins for normal+elite.
So I did get the crystal reward, but for the Elite unlock I didn’t get any skill points (or maybe 1?). I used the item and had 1 available skill point to use when I checked.
When I used the ultimate merit, it added 3 skill and 4 attributes.
