I agree, but from a more tactical stance. For ranged/caster builds ive found disengage runes to be extremely useful. You can jump back, triggering an AOE effect upon activation (bonus points for ones that freeze or petrify), landing a good distance away to buy time for you to continue firing without having to move thw mouse cursor off target much, if at all.
Jump and teleport runes, however, require you to move the cursor off target, and then back on target. This is a small annoyance for me, and makes my personal preference using the disengage rune since it feels more intuitive EXCEPT when you get stuck on tiny objects other movement runes are capable of bypassing. If this small issue is fixed i think disengage runes would be perfect as they are.
