This would be one of the most useful features in the game.
The icons above the health bar shows the buffs while the ones above the energy bar shows debuffs.
At the moment I posted this I didn’t know the right side was reserved for debuffs. It’s not hard to just reverse my suggestion, and display the totems’ duration along with toggled skills and passives. I really need to see the duration of totems while playing with melee Shaman, because I have to look at the cool-down bar instead, and it can cause me some trouble.
