Do legenderies have a higher drop rate the deeper you get into Ultimate?

Not exactly, no. Deeper into ult though you have access to the Roguelike dungeons, and they have higher level foes/higher hero concentrations, producing higher chances of good loot.

Well Twin Falls and the Broken Hills have crazy heroes concentration too and you don’t need to waste a key.

Nope, best way to get legendaries is to make new character get to Ulitimate and the one shot exhalted chest await. Thats where most of mine have come from. The drop rate could be approved upon, not stupid like d3 where they rain from the sky but as is I don’t ever farm cause its to unrewarding. Even crucible isn’t worth it. Maining cause I hate separate modes of a game that replaces playing the game world itself (rifts, grifts in D3) second it takes too long. Granted my highest level was 104 but I got nothing for that effort.

But there is a higher drop rate on Ultimate vs Elite, correct?
