Hi guys,

Just a simple question.

Do minu to resists stack? So will Curse of Frailty + Devouring Swarm both maxed and used on the same opponant result in -90% bleed resist?

Yes, they will stack.

See this chart to determine what kinds of resist reduction stack and how they stack. Curse of Frailty/Devouring Swarm as you can see are Category B.
