Titan Quest is very unlikely to get any new expansions since Titan Quest 2 is under development.

What do you think about the past IronLore DLCs? I am just thinking about playing TQ again, just not sure if I should play the OG + Immortal Throne because I heard these new DLCs are lower quality than the base game.

Well, only TQ and IT were made by Iron Lore. The other expansions were made by other companies for THQ Nordic when they bought the rights to TQ after THQ went bust.

I enjoy them all though Eternal Embers is a Legendary difficulty only expansion so apart from the new mastery it provides it’ll take you a while to get to its map content. It’s also very big.
