Does ADCTH work with spells that have Weapon Dmg %?

Question in topic. I wasn’t sure really about these types of spells really. I did read that flat damage is added to them.

Yes, it does. However, it works at the %WD of the spell.

For example, if you have 10% total ADCtH with your character and the skill has 20% WD, then you only apply 2% of your total ADCtH to it.

Conversely, if your skill or spell has >100% WD, you apply 10% ADCtH since it caps at 100% WD.
